"Abstract: This dataset presents the simulation model of MOP-VSI, the islanded operating mode of the NR-UPQC system. In this mode, the nanogrid is disconnected from the utility grid and operates as a standalone system. A voltage-source inverter (VSI) regulates the AC voltage at the point of common coupling, ensuring supply continuity for local loads. The PV generation is dynamically saturated based on the battery\u2019s charge capacity and load demand, while coordinated control of the battery and supercapacitor (SC) regulates the DC-link voltage. This control architecture protects the storage devices, avoids overcharging, and maintains the DC bus stability during isolated operation.
