Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a chronic immune-mediated condition characterized by intensely pruritic indurated nodules. Clinical trials have investigated several therapies for PN, describing the efficacy of trialed agents. This systematic review of randomized controlled trials investigates evidence regarding treatments for PN severity and pruritus.
