Raw FAST5 files of HG002 for R9.4.1 data and R10.4.1 data from s3://ont-open-data/ gm24385_2020.11/ and s3://ont-open-data/giab_lsk114_2022.12 respectively. The basecalling of the R9.4.1 data was performed with Guppy 2.3.7, Guppy 4.2.2, and Guppy 6.3.8. The basecalling of the R10.4.1 data was performed by Dorado 0.4.3.The naming pattern follows this structure: R9 (flowcell type), G6 (Guppy 6 basecaller), FAST (FAST basecalling mode), and q8 (indicating that read quality values below 8 have been filtered).The HG002_R9_guppy_similarity.tar.gz consists of Guppy basecalling fastq of 10,000 randomly downsampled R9.4.1 fast5 reads. Guppy2.3.7, Guppy3.6.1 (FAST, HAC), Guppy4.5.4 (FAST, HAC), Guppy5.1.16 (FAST, HAC, SUP), Guppy6.4.6 (FAST, HAC, SUP) were used for basecalling.
