ddRADSeq Data Files

We include the output haplotypes.tsv file resulting from the populations module of Stacks, our custom filtered haplotypes files, and the resulting input files generated for various programs from the filtered haplotypes file. The filtering and input files were generated as part of the pipeline developed for processing ddRADseq data, available at https://github.com/dportik/Stacks_pipeline.本数据集包含由Stacks软件的populations模块生成的输出文件haplotypes.tsv（单倍型文件）、我们自定义过滤处理后的单倍型文件，以及基于该过滤后单倍型文件为各类分析程序生成的配套输入文件。上述过滤文件与输入文件均为针对ddRADseq数据开发的分析流程的产物，该流程的公开代码仓库地址为https://github.com/dportik/Stacks_pipeline。
