The use of GnRH agonist as an ovulation trigger agent is extensively used worldwide. The suboptimal response to a GnRHa trigger may result a seriously decreased oocyte yield which may effect the cumulative pregnancy rate. There is paucity of data for the evaluation of suboptimal response after GnRH agonist trigger. The purpose of the current article is to evaluate the if there is a warning sign for the suboptimal response to GnRH agonist trigger regarding the demographic or endocrinological parameters.
