Metatranscriptomic Insights into the Response of Eudrilus eugeniae Earthworm to Quinalphos Organophosphate Insecticide Exposure (5%)

This study explores how the earthworm Eudrilus eugeniae and its gut microbiota respond to exposure to the organophosphate insecticide quinalphos. Using metatranscriptomic analysis, we investigated changes in gene expression and microbial functions to better understand the biological and ecological impacts of pesticide contamination in soil ecosystems.
