Unpublished Results from a HTP metabarcoding for access the eukaryotic biodiversity of the Piratininga Lagoon, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Total genome DNA from samples was extracted using CTAB/SDS method. The V4 region of the 18SrRNA were amplified using specific primers. All PCR reactions were carried out with Phusion® High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix (New England Biolabs).The libraries were generated with NEBNext® UltraTM DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina and quantified via Qubit and Q-PCR, would be analysed by Illumina Hi-seq platform.
