Clinicopathological data, the electrophoretic results and genotypes of the gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers

The experimental group consisted of 75 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology and complete general data after surgical resection, and 59 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the same period. The survival data of patients with gastric cancer were obtained by telephone follow-up. The differentiation degree of gastric cancer was classified by experienced pathologists; The tissue size of gastric cancer, the depth of invasion of the tumor to the gastric wall, whether there is lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were evaluated by the latest TNM classification standard of gastric cancer issued by the international anti cancer Federation (UICC). The control group was healthy people in the same period. The DNA of gastric tissues from patients with gastric cancer and healthy controls were extracted from paraffin embedded pathological sections. According to the instructions, genejet FFPE DNA purification kit was used for extraction, and primer premier 6.0 software was used for PCR primer design. After synthesizing the primers, PCR amplification was carried out. After PCR, Electrophoretic analysis was performed, and the remaining PCR products were sequenced. The sequenced products were analyzed by megalign and chromas 2.4.3 software. The genotypes of nlrc5, rs56315364 and rs289726 were obtained by manual comparison.
