Habitat heterogeneity and larval dispersal jointly drive intertidal community diversity on temperate shores

This dataset documents data used to calculate functional and taxonomic diversity and original results of Figure 2. "all_env" is the environmental data of every sampling site of each survey. "all_traits" is the functional trait data after using fuzzy code. "Source_Data_Fig_2" and "Source_Data_Fig_2b" are original results of taxonomic and functional α diversity.
