TurboMix glider microstructure data

Dataset from 5 deployments of a microstructure glider in the Baltic between October 2024 and June 2025 Each archive contains: glider data in timeseries format, ADCP data in .ad2cp and converted .nc binary format, raw Rockland .p and .q files and hotel.mat files of essential ancillary variables for microstructure processing Glider data include temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll fluorescence, fDOM fluorescence, backscatter and ocean currents. The TurboMix Piloting Logsheet records all modifications to flight and sensor parameters made during a glider deployment. Each glider is listed under its respective tab, organized by mission number. Detailed notes on flight parameter adjustments are provided within individual tabs, numbered chronologically within the TurboMix project. Each tab specifies the glider and mission number for clear identification, along with information on the probes used. The gliders are SeaExplorers.
