VPRS 12769 Clerical and Administrative Systems and Procedures Review (C.A.S.P.R.) Committee Reports

This series consists of records created by the Clerical and Administrative Systems and Procedures Review (C.A.S.P.R) Committee. The C.A.S.P.R. Committee reviewed areas including the personnel functions within Corporate Resources Division, Transport Operations Division (T.O.D.) Head Office, and T.O.D Central Region.Data gathering was achieved via interviews with section managers to assess the functions and outputs of the area, followed by individual interviews with staff. During analysis of the data gathered at the interviews, the project team also gathered information related to work flows and scheduling of the major tasks carried out within the departments studied. Findings and proposals were discussed with the relevant managers.
