资源简介:
This study aims to investigate how carbon sources modulate microbial co - occurrence networks and stochastic assembly to drive microbial community dynamics. By analyzing microbial sequencing data, we seek to uncover the underlying mechanisms through which different carbon sources influence the interactions among microbes and the random processes governing community assembly. This research is of great relevance as it can provide insights into optimizing microbial communities for applications such as bioremediationand environmental management, ultimately contributing to a better understanding and manipulation of microbial ecosystems.
