Biotinylated in vitro transcribed HBV pgRNA fragments (with 0%, 50%, or 100% ac4C incorporation) were incubated with HepG2.2.15 cell lysates. Pull-down fractions were analyzed by LC-MS/MS to identify proteins that specifically bind to ac4C-modified RNA.
