ONT sequencing data for CHM1 This project contains the ONT sequence data for a well characterized essentially haploid cell line (CHM1htert) derived from a hydatidiform mole. The lack of allelic variation in the haploid sequence allows for unambiguous resolution of complex regions including segmental duplications.
