Dataset for "Homotopy integration solution to the perturbed boundary value problem"

These files were used to test the algorithm described in the journal and conference paper "Homotopy integration solution to the perturbed boundary value problem" by Liam M. Healy. Each of the six tests sets have two files, one HDF5 (.h5) file for the raw data, and one JLD2 file with the dataframes generated for tables and plots in the paper. The latter files require Julia; while HDF5 files can be read in many different languages, it is recommended to use Julia and the utilities provided in read-test-data.jl.
