Pre-Solana Helium TX-RX Proof-of-Coverage witness broadcast and receipt measurements

This is a .csv file containing all RF transmit-receive entries for the Helium Proof-of-Coverage (PoC) mechanism extracted from the Helium blockchain from inception until its migration to Solana. The Helium network uses LoRaWAN transmitters for this process. The Helium blockchain contains much additional information, but the PoC entries are recorded in "Transaction" messages, with an example provided below. The .csv file here does not include all fields related to a PoC witness event.
