Phased genotypes from two wood ant species and three hybrid populations

This VCF file contains 1,490,364 phased single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) genotyped across 59 wood ant individuals, please see the reference below for more details (including metadata). All SNPs anchored on scaffolds (78.2% of the genome) were phased with WHATSHAP (v1.0), which uses short range information contained within paired-end reads. We then performed statistical phasing and imputation with SHAPEIT (v4.1.2), using the sequencing data setting and increasing the MCMC iteration scheme as indicated in SHAPEIT documentation.
