Fully phased genome assemblies and graph-based genetic variants of the olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus

Genomic resources of the olive flounder. We used PacBio HiFi long-read sequencing data (in addition to their parental short-read sequencing data) to obtain high-quality, fully phased genome assemblies of two individuals. We also used short-read RNA sequencing data for gene annotation.
