The Goblet Cell Segmentation Dataset is a expertly annotated semantic segmentation dataset containing images of human conjunctival goblet cells and corresponding segmentation masks compatible with several state of the art machine learning computer vision models. The dataset contains an unpatched version with the original sized images as well as a patched version in which the original images are patched into 256x256 pixel images and masks.
