SNP data for Neurospora sitophila (vcf format)

SNP data in VCF format, based on paired-end Illumina hiseq reads. The dataset contains 56 strains of Neurospora sitophila, 4 N. tetrasperma and 2 N. hispaniola.
Most strains were generated as part of Svedberg et al. (2020), but the N. tetrasperma strains and one N. sitophila (1135) andone N. hispaniola strain was take from Corcoran et al. (2017).
