昆山公交大数据分析服务报告

昆山市公交市民卡分为普通卡（不记名）和特殊卡（学生、老人），用户数已超过一百万。此外，市民卡公司提供移动支付，支持手机客户端方式扫码乘车功能。昆山市公交车刷卡和扫码的数据每日约四十多万条，一年可达约1.5亿条，通过对昆山公交刷卡数据进行深度挖掘，分析出行时空规律，为公交规划提供决策支持，提升数据价值。

Kunshan Public Transport Citizen Cards are divided into two categories: ordinary anonymous cards and special cards for students and senior citizens, with the total number of users exceeding one million. In addition, the Kunshan Citizen Card Company provides mobile payment services, supporting QR code-based ride payment via mobile client applications. The daily volume of card-swiping and QR code scanning data from Kunshan's public buses amounts to roughly 400,000 records, with an annual total of approximately 150 million records. Through in-depth data mining of Kunshan public transport card-swiping data, we analyze the spatio-temporal travel patterns to provide decision support for public transport planning and enhance the value of the dataset.
