Supporting Data and Analysis Materials for "Completeness of Reporting for Finishing, Polishing, and Surface-Roughness Methods in In Vitro Resin-Composite Studies: A Systematic Review and Meta-Research Study

This repository contains the supporting data and analysis materials for the systematic review and meta-research study entitled “Completeness of Reporting for Finishing, Polishing, and Surface-Roughness Methods in In Vitro Resin-Composite Studies: A Systematic Review and Meta-Research Study.” The final analytical dataset comprises 537 study families derived from 545 included reports. Reporting completeness was assessed using a 44-item framework covering specimen preparation, finishing and polishing procedures, surface-roughness measurement and metrological reporting, and numerical data reusability. The deposit includes the final public analysis dataset, data dictionary, reviewer-assignment documentation, reporting codebook and statistical analysis plan, study protocol and amendment/deviation record, final statistical outputs, independent verification outputs, machine-readable JSON results, analysis code, software requirements, search and supplementary materials, and the list of reports excluded after full-text assessment. This deposit provides retrospective open-science documentation supporting the manuscript. It should not be interpreted as a prospective protocol registration.
