DTW Raw Data

Raw data for replicating the DTW analysis in Barbour et al (in review). Consists of individual dives (dive depths over time) for turtles in list form, saved to an R (.rda) object that can be directly loaded into the R environment and used with example code on the corresponding author's Github repository.

本数据集用于复现Barbour等人（审稿中）的动态时间规整（Dynamic Time Warping, DTW）分析，包含以列表形式存储的海龟个体潜水数据（即随时间变化的潜水深度序列）。该数据被保存为R语言的.rda格式数据对象，可直接加载至R运行环境，并结合通讯作者GitHub仓库内的示例代码进行后续分析。
