Land use plan 2000 (continued), City of Neustadt am Rübenberge

The land use plan is a preparatory land management plan. It contains a plan drawing with justification. It belongs to the system of “spatial planning”, with which the urban development of the municipalities is controlled. The land use plan forms the basis for development plans developed from the land use plan (two-stage land management planning). The land use plan is drawn up by the municipality within the scope of the planning authority. It regulates the type and measure of structural use for the entire municipality area. The city of Neustadt am Rübenberge has continued its land use plan since its legal effectiveness in 2002. In this current update, all partial and legally effective changes have been included.
