It can comprehensively, accurately and in real-time grasp the status of various safety monitoring points and key support facilities including hazardous chemicals, major hazard installations, special equipment, and fire-fighting facilities, achieving full-domain supervision. The system establishes a management model featuring proactive prevention, timely early warning and effective prevention and control, to prevent potential dangerous accidents and emergencies. On the other hand, an environmental monitoring system for the park is built, which realizes real-time overall monitoring of the park's environment, timely detection and early warning of problems, and enables pollution traceability, thus leaving environmental violations with nowhere to hide. Finally, a complete daily inspection and emergency response mechanism is established, and an integrated platform integrating peacetime and wartime management is constructed. During "peacetime", it realizes digitalized and standardized park management; during "wartime", it meets the needs of rapid response and decision-making support for emergency rescue work.
