In the present study, an integrated transcriptome profile of two different scion/rootstock combinations including, Bungo (Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc) scion cultivar grafted onto P. mume and P. armeniaca was studied using RNA-seq to determine the gene expression levels and molecular mechanism of cold stress at 0, 6 and 24 h.
