Data from:"From Responsible AI adoption to Circular Economy Awareness: Understanding the mediating role of Green Training and Motivation"

The research hypothesis tries to find out the positive influence of Responsible AI adoption to Green Training, Employee Motivation and Circular Economy Awareness, where Green Training and Employee Motivation are the mediators. The finding suggest a strong positive relation among the construct. It was noted that Responsible AI adoption showed statistical insignificance towards Circular Economy Awareness. The Data provided is a collection of responses from Indian IT sector employees. The data collection was done through google forms with 165 responses. It contains variable to support Responsible AI adoption (RAI), Green training (GT), Employee Motivation(EM) and Circular Economy Awareness(CEA). The data is coded on a five point basis from strongly agree with 5 points to strongly disagree with 1 point. The analysis was done with Smart PLS software.
