PDB file for D-methionine transport system

Predicted complex of the D-methionine transporter. It is an ATP-driven transport system that transports methionine. The PDB file was sampled using UniProt E. coli sequences of METI_ECOLI and METQ_ECOLI.D-甲硫氨酸转运蛋白 (D-methionine transporter) 的预测复合物。该复合物为ATP驱动型转运系统，负责介导甲硫氨酸的跨膜转运。本次所用的蛋白质数据银行 (Protein Data Bank) 文件，基于通用蛋白质知识库 (UniProt) 中大肠杆菌的METI_ECOLI与METQ_ECOLI序列采样获得。
