Number of guests per day per canteen in Nantes since 2011

Planned and observed attendance of school restaurants in Nantes since January 2011 * * * * For each establishment and day of service, we have the number of meals ordered by the establishments from the central kitchen and delivered by it, as well as the number of meals actually consumed in the establishments. The information comes from a meal production management application and manually enriched registers on spreadsheets. The data from spreadsheets has been retained over a longer period of time and is of better quality, as verified by agents. This dataset was released as part of an experiment to develop a predictive modeling tool to help communities control food waste, improve agent forecasts and anticipate raw material purchases.
