Floral initiation and activation in blueberry

We use transgenic blueberry to study the mechanisms of floral initiation and floral activation in blueberry. We developed transgenic blueberry for overexpressing a major flowering pathway gene. We conducted RNA sequencing to enable transcriptomic analysis in leaves and buds of both transgenic and nontransgenic blueberry.
