Mycobacterium tuberculosis small RNA Sequencing

This project aimed to identify small RNAs (sRNAs) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Small RNA Sequencing was performed on M. tuberculosis after exposure to 5 stress conditions that mimic those that the bacterium experiences in the host, as well as 2 control condtions. The RNA libraries were prepared using a bacterial small RNA-Sequencing protocol in order to specifically identify sRNAs in the transcriptome.
