Amplicon sequencing of the fermented grain (16S). Fen liquor ,F0-1,F0-2,F3-1,F3-2,F5-1,F5-2,F10-1,F10-2,F15-1,F15-2,F20-1,F20-2,F28-1,F28-2. A total of 14 samples. Through the high throughput sequencing of 14 samples, we would like to know the changes of microbes during the fermentation. And we want to find out the important microbes in the fermentation process.
