APOBEC-induced genomic mutation a major driver of cancer evolution. Here, we show that genomic DNA methylation is reshaped following the APOBEC-induced genomic mutation. APOBEC3A-overexpressed human colon cancer cell line DLD1 was constructed. The genomic DNA was extracted to profile the genome-wide methylation.
