This series consists of two volumes recording dates that reports were submitted for residents of the Girls' Training Home, Parramatta, later Kamballa.The volumes provide the following information: name, committal date, admission date, progress report sent dates, discharge recommendation report sent dates and a remarks column.There is a note in the front of the second volume indicating that, a progress report should be submitted for girls from Minda, two months after committal and six weeks for girls transferred from Reiby/Ormond. It also states that a discharge recommendation report should be submitted after four months.These entries are in chronological order.
