Raw image data acquired with STED SP8 Leica microscope.
All granule markers were acquired with 55% power of the depletion laser, in U2OS cells.
Each file contains a combination of a confocal image of multiple cells and the STED image of zoomed-in fractions of mitochondria in individual cells.
