This study collected blood samples from 30 Diannan small-ear Pigs living in high-altitude areas for DNA extraction and subsequent whole genome resequencing. The data will be analyzed alongside resequencing data from 30 high-altitude Tibetan pigs. Using selection signal analysis methods, we aim to identify candidate genes that contribute to the Tibetan pigs' adaptation to hypoxic environments.
