Density^* of Antillogorgia elisabethae (colonies m⁻²) at 6 sites on the Little Bahama Bank in November 2004.

*Values are means (standard error) based on censuses of 20 1 m2 quadrats at each site. The values overestimate absolute density as only quadrats containing gorgonian colonies were included in the study. All sites had been harvested ≥2 years earlier. The Sandy Point 1 and Sandy Point 2 study sites were not surveyed prior to the most recent harvest and are not included. 1Recruits were generated by the November 2003 spawning event and were 1 year old at the time of the census. 2Proportion of adult colonies harvested is based on the change in >20 cm height adults in censuses conducted before and after the 2005/2006 harvests.
