Genotyping by Sequencing data from advanced hybrid lines derived from domestic H. annuus and wild Helianthus donors. Helianthus annuus

Domestic sunflower (Helianthus annuus) is inter-fertile with many other members of the Helianthus genus. Experimental advanced hybrid ("pre-bred") lines were created from 28 wild Helianthus donors and HA89, a domestic oilseed variety, then were then genotyped using the Genotyping-by-Sequencing method. The resulting GBS data was used to determine the number, approximate size and the locations of the wild introgressions within each pre-bred line.
