To investigate the effect of GAGE12I and SPIN4 on the gene expression profile in gastric cancer cells, genome-wide mRNA changes were analyzed by mRNA microarray upon overexpressing GAGE12I and SPIN4 in BGC823 gastric cancer cells. Overall design: The BGC823 gastric cancer cells were transfected with PcDNA3.1-GAGE12I, PcDNA3.1-SPIN4 or PcDNA3.1-empty plasmids. Total RNA was extracted 48h after the transfection and the differentially expressed genes were analyzed by mRMA microarray.
