The data in these datasets has been collected for and is the basis of the publication titled "Perception of RAS-produced Fish – The View of Private Consumers and Fine Dining Chefs in Germany".
The data has been collected through surveys and the basis for the questionnaire design utilized priciples from the theory of planned behavior as well as multi-attribute attitude models.
