Population history shapes urban evolutionary dynamics: distinct genetic structure across urban and rural Europe in two lepidopterans

This is a population genomic ddRADseq dataset including samples from several European populations of the butterfly Coenonympha pamphilus and the moth Chiasmia clathrata. This dataset includes the bioinformatics output files that were used in analyses of genetic population structure in the two species. The dataset includes also information about the sampling sites (coordinates, environmental variables used in the analyses), some derived data matrices produced by the analyses, and R-scripts that were used in key analyses of the data.
