Supporting data for 'Understanding the Limitation of Organic Field-Effect Transistors'

This dataset is the experimental results of the current thesis. The dataset is separated into three parts. The first part is about the parameter investigation on the meniscus guided coating. The second part is for the contact resistance study on the monolayer organic transistors. The last part is the schematic diagram of the future work. The file format in the current thesis mainly contains photographs, microscopic figures and the electrical measurement results.
