Dataset for STAR Protocols for NanoNm to detect 2'-O-methylation in rRNA of fly, yeast and human, in addition to the human mRNA.

This dataset contains rRNA sequences and Nm position information for human, yeast, and fly rRNAs. Additionally, the toy example dataset includes FAST5 files for mRNA and rRNA from prostate cancer C4-2 cells.

The feature dataset for human, yeast, and fly rRNAs has been pre-processed and is used in the examples provided in the STAR Protocols.
