Detection of NDV in Gallus gallus domesticus

This project investigates the presence of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) in domestic chickens (Gallus gallus domesticus) collected from field samples. Paired-end high-throughput sequencing was performed on viral genetic material to generate raw sequence data suitable for downstream molecular and genomic analyses.
