Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Natural Habitat Protection Area (ANHN) in the Great East

Area (or Area or Orders) for the Protection of Natural Habitats (APHN) in the Great East New regulatory framework established by Decree No 2018-1180 of 19 December 2018 on the protection of biotopes and natural habitats. This is in addition to the two existing prefectural tools for strict regulatory protection of natural habitats such as PDBs and GPAs (Orders for the Protection of Sites of Geological Interest). Within the framework of the Biodiversity Plan (Action 40), this new scheme is intended to allow for the adoption of protection orders based on the presence of natural habitat. In particular, the APHN extends the scope of the Prefectural Orders for the Protection of Biotopes to media of artificial origin: buildings, structures, mines and quarries at the end of operation, with the exception of dwellings and buildings for professional use.
