Impacts of Gli1 on Fibro/Adipogenic Progenitors Proliferation

Glioma-associated oncogene 1 (Gli1) is a key transcriptional activator downstream of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. However, its role in muscle repair remains poorly understood. In this study, we demonstrated that the loss of Gli1 in fibro/adipogenic progenitors (FAPs) leads to enhanced FAP proliferation. Here, we present the raw mRNA sequencing data from both Gli1-deficient and control FAPs.
