tcbb2014 药物数据集

tcbb2014 数据集收集于 DrugBank 、 KEGG Drug 、 DCDB 和 Matador，包含 315 种药物，250 个靶点，5 种药物间的相似度类别和 3 种靶点间的相似度类别。药物间的相似度包括化学、配体、表现、副作用和注释的相似度。靶点间的相似度包括序列、蛋白质间交互作用网和基因本体的相似度。该数据集的原始任务是基于网络中不同种类的相似度去预测药物与靶点间的新型交互作用

The tcbb2014 dataset is collected from DrugBank, KEGG Drug, DCDB and Matador. It contains 315 drugs, 250 target proteins, 5 categories of drug similarity and 3 categories of target similarity. The drug similarity includes similarities in chemistry, ligands, phenotypes, side effects and annotations. The target similarity covers similarities in sequence, protein-protein interaction networks and Gene Ontology. The original task of this dataset is to predict novel drug-target interactions based on various types of similarities in the network.
