The image dataset for the project "Development of a Machine Learning Model for the Classification of <i>Enterobius vermicularis</i> Eggs" is organized into several datasets:<br><br>"01_training_dataset": This dataset comprises a collection of training images along with their augmented versions, which are employed for the initial model training process.<br><br>"02_testing_dataset": This dataset includes 50 testing images per class (Class 0 and Class 1). These images are used to evaluate the performance of the model.<br><br>"03_obj_det_original": This dataset contains 103 microscopic images of <i>Enterobius vermicularis</i> eggs, specifically used for the object detection phase of the project.<br><br>"04_obj_det_expert": This subset consists of test images annotated with bounding boxes by domain experts, providing precise localization of the <i>Enterobius vermicularis</i> eggs for validation and further model training.
