Induction Motor-Thermal Images

Dataset comprising 488 high-resolution thermal images of induction motors captured under varying operational conditions: no, medium, and full load. The dataset includes motors with both healthy and faulty bearings, resulting in six distinct operational states: Healthy Full Load (HFL), Healthy Medium Load (HML), Healthy No Load (HNL), Corroded Full Load (CFL), Corroded Medium Load (CML), and Corroded No Load (CNL). Distributed as 112 for HFL, 82 for HML, 90 for HNL, 49 for CFL, 79 for CML, and 76 for CNL. Images were captured using a FLIR C5 thermal camera, offering a thermal resolution of 160 × 120 pixels and a temperature detection range of -20°C to 400°C.本数据集包含488张高分辨率热成像图像，采集对象为感应电机，拍摄工况涵盖空载、中载及满载三种运行条件。数据集涵盖轴承健康与故障两类感应电机，由此产生6种明确的运行状态：满载健康状态（Healthy Full Load, HFL）、中载健康状态（Healthy Medium Load, HML）、空载健康状态（Healthy No Load, HNL）、满载锈蚀故障状态（Corroded Full Load, CFL）、中载锈蚀故障状态（Corroded Medium Load, CML）以及空载锈蚀故障状态（Corroded No Load, CNL）。各运行状态的样本分布如下：HFL 112张、HML 82张、HNL 90张、CFL 49张、CML 79张、CNL 76张。所有图像均通过FLIR C5型热成像相机采集，该相机的热成像分辨率为160×120像素，温度检测范围为-20°C至400°C。
