Gene expression profile at single nuclear level of E7.0 Ctrl and Hand1 CKO mouse embryos.

We used single nuclear RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to analyze E7.0 Ctrl and Hand1 CKO mouse embryo. Overall design: E7.0 Ctrl and Hand1 CKO mouse embryos were digested into single cells using TrypLETM Express (Thermo) at 37°C and analyzed using snRNAseq.
